I chose to install the Intelligent Fuel Boost System created by MidWest Panels and sold through their company Aerospace Innovations.
More information about their fuel system can be found here Fuel Boost System
MidWest also released a number of installation videos here: Video #1 Boost Pump Offering Overview
This kit is still relatively new to the market but a number of planes are already using this system and it features a number of redundancies that include mechanical and electronic fault detection.
All of the materials are of high quality, and well packaged and labeled, my only complaint being that no instructions were included in the kit. Given the critical nature of this system and the amount of time spent engineering a solution that some basic instructions seems like an oversight.
All parts are clearly labeled corresponding to their location and position.
These parts are exposed on the root of the wings I decided to treat them with Bonderit and because at this point why not, I have done this everywhere else!
Although there aren't any instructions in the box Adam & Steve did produce an excellent video series on the installation of the kit.
Video #2 Sling TSi Wing Mounting and Plumbing Assembly
I started my install by riveting the nut plates to the left and right boot pump plates.
Next I installed the nut plates on the outer clam-shells
Additional hardware installed to secure inner and outer clam-shells with 3d printed spacers inserted
3D printed parts that are shaped to match the lightning hole on the wing rib when both the inner and outer shells are installed.
A view of the inner and outer clam-shell plates and how they mate to the wing rib
Attached the boost pumps to the left and right boost pump plates using the hardware supplied in the kit.
Installed inline coarse fuel filter, fittings and fuel lines.
Left and right sides assembled and ready for installation on the wing tanks.
